How do I know if my order has been successful?

You will receive an email notification from My Face Yoga Shop and your nominated payment gateway with confirmation that your order has gone through and sent to dispatch. 

Can I return my item if I am unhappy with it?

How can I return my item?

Yes, you can return your item if it is faulty and not used, you will have to send a message to shop@myfaceyogashop.com to confirm your return, and we will send you a label for your shipping on email. 

 

Where is the My Face Yoga Shop based?

We are based in Denmark.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, all of our products are not tested on animals and are 100% cruelty-free.

 

Do you ship of outside of Denmark?

We do, please view all the shipping terms and costs here

Where can I find my order tracking no?

We ship with the national post in Denmark, Post Nord, you will receive your tracking information directly from them as soon as your order has been registered at the Post Nord office. 

Will I have to pay additional taxes and fees for my order?

We can not guarantee that you won't get charged any additional fees or taxes. This is individual according to the tax laws of each country. We make sure that all our packages have the right product and tax information, and in our experience, this makes handling by customs a lot faster and easier.
