You will receive an order confirmation email from My Face Yoga Shop and your chosen payment provider once your order has been successfully placed and sent for dispatch.

Can I return my item if I am unhappy with it?

Yes. Please review our Returns Policy for full details. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt.

How can I return my item?

If your item is faulty or unused and in its original packaging, please email shop@myfaceyogashop.com with your order details to request a return. We will provide you with a return shipping label by email.

Yes. All My Face Yoga Shop products are 100% cruelty-free and never tested on animals.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Where can I find my order tracking number?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link directly from the shipping carrier handling your delivery.
