General Shipping Information
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China. We work with trusted shipping partners, and the carrier is selected by our warehouse based on the destination and the fastest available route. This means that we cannot guarantee a specific courier service (e.g. UPS, DHL), but we always choose reliable, trackable options.
We currently offer a flat rate shipping fee to most destinations worldwide, with free shipping on qualifying orders.

Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link from the shipping partner handling your delivery.
Customs & Duties
For international deliveries:

We cover import taxes and duties for EU orders over €150 (£135). For EU orders under €150 (£135), customers are responsible for any duties and taxes charged.
Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 working days after we receive your return. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 working days for funds to appear in your account.
