Daily Integrative Beauty Ritual

Here’s a 3-minute practice to awaken the portal of your face and reconnect with your magnetism.

 

1. Begin at the mirror

Take a deep breath. Let your shoulders relax.

Drop into your body. Feel your feet on the floor.

 

2. Gaze into your eyes

Notice what thoughts arise. Be honest.

If there are critical voices, don’t push them away.

Hold them like you would hold a child who’s hurt.

Let them be part of the experience - because healing starts with acknowledgment.

 

3. Feel the soul connection

Let your gaze soften.

Imagine the energy traveling from your reflection into your chest, down to your belly, down your legs. Feel your presence in your body.

 

4. Rub your hands together

Generate heat between your palms.

Then place your warm hands gently on your cheeks.

Close your eyes and feel the energy of your own touch.

Let your hands become extensions of your heart.

Let them hold your face with reverence.

 

5. Repeat one of these affirmations, or make your own:

“Thank you for always being there for me.”

“I see your effort. I see your beauty.”

“You are worthy of love, always.”

Take another deep breath. Let your arms drop.
